This Promotion is open to British Airways Executive Club (BAEC) members (“Eligible Participants”)
To Participate, Eligible Participants must rent a vehicle from the rental car group A to F and minimum of 3 days. (“Eligible Rentals”)
The Eligible Rental must be booked between 00:01 GMT 19 June 2018 and 23:59 GMT 13 July 2018, and picked up between 00:01 GMT 19 July 2018 and 23:59 GMT 31 August 2018.
Eligible Rentals must be made using a British Airways/Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number: Gold members N744400; Silver members N744300; Bronze members N284300; Blue members N744100; or booked with Avis directly, online or offline. Reservations made via any other partner or third party are not eligible.
Reservations made on ba.com (post-login) and avisba.com (with British Airways Executive Club passenger type selected) or with the British Airways Call Centre will automatically have the correct AWD embedded in the rental.
To collect Avios the Eligible Rentals must include the British Airways Executive Club membership number of the first named driver (the “renter”). The BAEC account number must be given at time of rental.
Valid for all participating rental locations in United Kingdom Mainland; for a list of all participating venues please visit avisba.com. Not valid for rentals picking up at Edinburgh Airport or Edinburgh City locations between 13th and 23rd July 2018 inclusive.
Eligible Rentals will receive 500 bonus Avios in addition to the standard award of 3 Avios per £1 spent, with a minimum standard award of 700 Avios for 3+ day rentals.
A minimum of 1,200 Avios (made up of minimum 700 standard Avios for 3+ day rentals plus 500 bonus Avios) will be awarded per qualifying rental, to a maximum of 10,000 Avios per rental.
This Avios bonus is not valid on Prestige, Van or Chauffeur Drive rentals.
Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other coupon, promotion or mileage offer.
The awarding of Avios may take up to 8 weeks from date of rental.
